Farm Development Packages
The Farm Builders program is not "one size fits all We structure our program into three basic "packages" which meet the needs of different types of farmers.Our Products:
Biomass Purchase - is for farmers who have already demonstrated sustainable business practices and would like to sell their redundant rubber trees To off-set expensive in redeveloping farms.
Farmer Assist- is a financing program for qualified farmers who demonstrate the capacity and drive to support creation of sustainable farming businesses. The program focuses on capacity development, with Farm Builders providing inputs, technical supervision and management to farmers on behalf of socially-motivated impact investors.
Farm Management - is for farmers who wish to invest in their farm and have Farm Builders train, develop, and support a professional farm manager. Farm Builders works with the farm owner to create a plan meeting the owners objectives. Farm Builders then supervises farm development until the farm reaches the point of sustainability.
